The bottom line here is that teams are comprised of humans. Humans are a VERY complex species and ANY attempt to create a strong group result has to take into account the very human-ness that makes the result possible!
Your team CAN DO absolutely AMAZING things. Things you may not even have dreamt yet, but they won’t automatically do those AMAZING things JUST because you pay them to work for your organization.
Your Team will ONLY reach maximum potential if they are led to that potential, compensated appropriately, and given a culture to call their own.
